Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Chairman of the General Authority for Tourism and Antiquities, expressed the approval of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, on the expansion of the exhibition "trade routes in the Arabian Peninsula - the masterpieces of the effects of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the ages," in partnership with Saudi Aramco, which has been viewed in five US states, to roam all over the world.
This came during the signing of his highness, with the Minister of Health and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saudi Aramco, Khalid bin Abdul Aziz Al-Faleh yesterday, a partnership agreement in the "Live Arabia" program attended by head of Saudi Aramco and senior of its executives administrators in charge, Engineer Amin Bin Hassan Nasser, and that at headquarter of Saudi Aramco in Dhahran, where His Highness toured in company's sites included King Abdulaziz World Cultural Center.
The partnership agreement between the Commission and Aramco in implementation program includes the participation of Saudi Aramco in the program as a strategic partner through organization trips to the King Abdulaziz Culture Center - after its opening in the next year - including at least 5,000 students during a year from various regions of the Kingdom.
His highness also asserted in his speech during the signing ceremony that the agreement came within the framework of close cooperation and special partnership between the Authority and Saudi Aramco in the Tourism and Antiquities and National Heritage fields, which resulted in several results, most notably, cooperation in archaeological excavations in the eastern region, and the signing of joint cooperation in the areas of preservation of monuments and the exchange of experiences in research, field surveys, administrative Development and Tourism Investment, and the signing of cooperation agreement for the restoration of national monuments that came out of the kingdom illegally, in addition to the care of Saudi Aramco for the exhibition of masterpieces of Saudi Arabia in the five museums in the United States of America.
He pointed to the granting of the President of the General Authority for Tourism and Antiquities award for this year for Saudi Aramco within the tourist excellence prizes, which is awarded by the Commission to those who made an exceptional contribution to the development of tourism, and that due to its contribution to the support of a number of tourism and heritage initiatives and events.
His Highness said that " Saudi Arabia live program is an important national program touring youth in regions of the Kingdom and the sites from which the national unity come from, in order to identify the heritage of their homeland and its historical, cultural features, and then hold links with these sites, and not just reading about them only in books, but through composition fond memories tied to their country through these trips.
His role appreciated the role of Saudi Aramco in the program as a main partner and actor, also praised the cooperation of the rest of the actors involved in the program, particularly the Ministry of Education, boards of tourism development in the regions, the General Presidency of Youth Welfare, the Ministry of Culture and Information, the management of King Abdul Aziz, Saudi Arabia Airlines, Nas company, and STC.
On the other hand, the Minister of Health and Chairman of the Board of Saudi Aramco Khalid al-Falih, praised the idea of Saudi Arabia live program, pointing out that the program contains three strategic advantages. "

The third feature is the economic impact and job opportunities that booming tourism sector could achieve inside the Kingdom, noting travel and tourism fields contribute with more than $ 7 trillion per year to the Universal economy and supports about 270 million jobs, and that the tourism sector in fact is one of the fastest growing economic sectors in the world,.
